How to Report a Concern
At Entravision, we choose to do the right thing. If you witness any behavior that you think is not the right way to do business or that you are not proud to be associated with, you should make a report and provide full details. There is a list of categories that you can choose from when you make your report. If you are not sure which category to choose, just select the one that you think best suits your situation and we will take it from there.
Yes! If you have a question, concern or if something is bothering you but you are not sure if it is an issue, submit a report! We are all responsible for building a strong ethical culture at Entravision and by speaking up and reporting potential issues, we can work together to continue to build our culture and to make Entravision the best version of itself.
It is entirely up to you. Our call center operators are trained to handle concerns in a sensitive and confidential manner. If you call with a report, the operator you speak with will ask you some questions and will then file their report through the webpage, to be received by the appropriate internal team. If you choose to report via the webpage, you will be able to provide your details without having to speak with anyone. In both cases, you can report anonymously and confidentially.

Any Entravision employee, customer, contractor, supplier or third party we do business with can use the Entravision Integrity Helpline to report ethical or legal concerns or breaches of our internal policies, as permitted by local laws.
Convercent is our third party partner which provides and manages our independent and confidential Entravision Integrity Helpline. By partnering with a third party, we can allow employees and all other reporters to share concerns or incidents completely anonymously, if they choose to do so.
Yes. Reports can be made via the webpage in one of more than 60 languages - just choose the most appropriate language for you at the top right of the landing page. You can also make a report via the telephone line in your own language by making a request to the operator. It is important that you are able to make your report in the language that you feel most comfortable using.
Absolutely! You can choose to report:
- completely anonymously and your identity will be protected in the report;
- anonymously to Entravision, but you can give your name and contact information to Convercent (the third party which manages our Helpline). If you choose to do this, Convercent may contact you confidentially to gather more information about your report. They will not reveal your identity to Entravision; or
- by sharing your name and contact information to Convercent and Entravision. Your information will still remain confidential and will only be communicated on a need to know basis, but providing your personal details will allow us to contact you directly if we need more information and with updates on your report.
The details that you submit in your report will be sent to our internal investigation team for review. If you choose to submit your report anonymously, our team won't see any of your personal details and so will only be able to respond to you through the Helpline. You will receive a report number and will be asked to create a personal password when you submit your report, which will give you access to the Helpline to check on the status of your report. If you report anonymously, you will have to remember to check the status, as we won't be able to contact you with updates.
Our internal investigation team will assess whether your report requires further investigation and, if so, will conduct that investigation by gathering information and evidence and possibly interviewing individuals involved. This investigation process will remain confidential and you can be confident that our team has experience in ensuring the security of the process.
One the investigation is completed, you will be informed of the outcome, to the extent possible We also take key learnings from our investigations and use them to strengthen our Ethics & Compliance Program further through training and updates to our internal policies.
You should provide us with as much information on the concerning behavior as possible, to allow us to investigate your concern fully. This could include the potential misconduct that you witnessed, information about the individual(s) involved, the location of the incident, the times and dates involved and any other information that you think may be relevant to help our investigation of your concern. Try to be objective - what do you think that we need to know to be able to investigate your concern as effectively as possible.
Following Up on a Concern
You'll be able to create a personal password, which you can use to check the status and updates of the report after it's been submitted. You won't be able to change anything in your initial report, but you will be able to add additional details using the private case message board that is automatically created with a report.
