More information about the Reporting Process
Any Entravision employee, customer, contractor, supplier or third party we do business with can use the Entravision Integrity Helpline to report ethical or legal concerns or breaches of our internal policies, as permitted by local laws.
You should provide us with as much information on the concerning behavior as possible, to allow us to investigate your concern fully. This could include the potential misconduct that you witnessed, information about the individual(s) involved, the location of the incident, the times and dates involved and any other information that you think may be relevant to help our investigation of your concern. Try to be objective - what do you think that we need to know to be able to investigate your concern as effectively as possible.
It is entirely up to you. Our call center operators are trained to handle concerns in a sensitive and confidential manner. If you call with a report, the operator you speak with will ask you some questions and will then file their report through the webpage, to be received by the appropriate internal team. If you choose to report via the webpage, you will be able to provide your details without having to speak with anyone. In both cases, you can report anonymously and confidentially.
Yes. Reports can be made via the webpage in one of more than 60 languages - just choose the most appropriate language for you at the top right of the landing page. You can also make a report via the telephone line in your own language by making a request to the operator. It is important that you are able to make your report in the language that you feel most comfortable using.
Absolutely! You can choose to report:
- completely anonymously and your identity will be protected in the report;
- anonymously to Entravision, but you can give your name and contact information to Convercent (the third party which manages our Helpline). If you choose to do this, Convercent may contact you confidentially to gather more information about your report. They will not reveal your identity to Entravision; or
- by sharing your name and contact information to Convercent and Entravision. Your information will still remain confidential and will only be communicated on a need to know basis, but providing your personal details will allow us to contact you directly if we need more information and with updates on your report.
No. When you speak up and report a concern in good faith - even if it turns out that there is no issue to deal with - we have your back. We are all accountable for maintaining our strong ethical culture at Entravision and we rely on employees and other to let us know if there is some concern that need to address.
Entravision does not tolerate any retaliation against someone who reports a concern, takes part in an investigation of a concern raised or who refuses to do something that is illegal or is against our core values or Code of Conduct. If you think that you have been the victim of retaliation for making a report or for participation in an investigation, however subtle, you should report it either to your manager, to the Director of Global Ethics & Compliance, to any member of the Legal team, via [email protected] or via the Entravision Integrity Helpline.
Be assured that any report of retaliation will be taken seriously. Anyone found to have retaliated against a reporter or participant in an investigation will face disciplinary action.
